Some people call them 'split back' or 'fold back' binders - but whatever you call them they are a very useful resource for handbell ringers.
These binders are A4 size (they measure about 23" wide by 12.5" high when standing) with a central retaining strap allowing a good degree of 'spread'.
The 40mm ring mechanism has plenty of capacity for storing music. Made in durable matt black PVC over greyboard.
